ВЛИЯНИЕ (CANNABIS) КАННАБИСА НА ПОДВИЖНОСТЬ И КОЛИЧЕСТВО СПЕРМАТОЗОИДОВ И ИХ КОНЦЕНТРАЦИЮ В СПЕРМЕ И ИХ МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ

В настоящее время каннабис широко используется в медицинских и рекреационных целях, в связи с его легализацией во многих странах мира. Несмотря на множество исследований, посвященных этой теме, многие вопросы остаются открытыми и нуждаются в дальнейших исследованиях. Одной из наиболее обеспокоенных проблем является изучение влияния каннабиса на снижение подвижности и количество сперматозоидов, а также их концентрации в сперме, что может привести к мужскому бесплодию. В данной статье анализируется влияние употребления каннабиса на мужское репродуктивное здоровье. Цель работы - провести анализ существующих научных данных и оценить влияние каннабиса на мужское бесплодие, включая снижение подвижности и количества сперматозоидов и их концентрацию в сперме, а также их морфологические изменения. В данном исследовании использовались методы мета-анализа и систематического обзора литературы. Была проведена качественная оценка материала выбранных исследований. Результаты исследований показали, что употребление каннабиса может привести к снижению подвижности и количества сперматозоидов, а также изменениям их морфологии. Однако, оценка точной связи между употреблением каннабиса и бесплодием требует дополнительных исследований. Статья подчеркивает важность информирования общественности о потенциальном вреде каннабиса на мужское репродуктивное здоровье и необходимость проведения дальнейших исследований влияния употребления каннабиса на фертильность.

Despite many studies on this topic, many questions remain open and require further research. One of the most concerned issues is the study of the effect of cannabis on the decrease in sperm motility and quantity, as well as their concentration in semen, which can lead to male infertility. This article analyzes the impact of cannabis use on male reproductive health. The aim of the work- analyze existing scientific data and evaluate the impact of cannabis on male infertility, including decreased motility and sperm count and concentration in semen, as well as morphological changes. This study used the methods of meta-analysis and systematic literature review. Selected studies were qualitatively assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias instrument. Results and discussion. to analyze the existing scientific data and evaluate the effect of cannabis on male infertility, including a decrease in sperm motility and number and their concentration in sperm, as well as their morphological changes. This study used methods of meta-analysis and systematic review of the literature. A qualitative assessment of the material of the selected studies was carried out. Research results have shown that cannabis use can lead to a decrease in sperm motility and number, as well as changes in their morphology. However, assessing the exact link between cannabis use and infertility requires additional research. The article highlights the importance of informing the public about the potential harm of cannabis on male reproductive health and the need for further research on the effects of cannabis use on fertility.
