TRANSFORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES OF THE MANAGEMENT OF MODERN INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES

The article reviews the factors influencing the change in the organizational structure of an international company and the types of transformation of the organizational structure, reveals the management levels in modern international companies such as the top level, the middle level and the low level.
