IMPLEMENTATION OF THE "LEAN PRODUCTION SYSTEM" IN RUSSIAN MEDICINE: FROM ORIGINS TO DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

In this article, the author considers the way and a special concept for the implementation and successful operation of the "lean manufacturing" system in the medical field in Russia. Specific examples and results of medical organizations where this system is successfully used are given. The tasks for the future in lean manufacturing for medical organizations are highlighted.
