DIGITALIZATION AS A DRIVING FORCE OF CHANGING TECHNOLOGIES AND BUSINESS PROCESSES OF RETAILING COMPANIES

Digitalization is one of the dominant forces influencing the transformation of modern companies. In the article, the author provides an overview of changes in technologies and business processes of retailing companies under the influence of digitalization. The author concludes that the introduction of digitalization in practice helps companies to maintain competitiveness.
