GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF BRITISH AND RUSSIAN SPORTS COMMENTATORS

The article gives a brief review of the main characteristics and differences in English and Russian sport commentators speech covering different aspects and levels of language use and describing some of peculiarities of discourse traits of this genre.
