СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВО ГОСУДАРСТВ В РАМКАХ БРИКС В СВЕТЕ ЦУР 16

Статья посвящена актуальным международно-правовым аспектам сотрудничества государств БРИКС в решении вопросов в области поддержания мира, обеспечения правосудия и эффективных институтов. В ней анализируются проблемы построения многополярного мира, значение деятельности БРИКС, роль и место Африки в новой системе международных отношений. Представлены перспективы дальнейшего развития сотрудничества государств БРИКС, необходимого для решения глобальных проблем в рамках достижения ЦУР 16.

The article is devoted to current international legal aspects of cooperation between the BRICS states in resolving issues in the field of peacekeeping, ensuring justice and effective institutions. It analyzes the problems of building a multipolar world, the significance of the BRICS activities, the role and place of Africa in the new system of international relations, and also presents prospects for the further development of cooperation between the BRICS states, necessary to solve global problems in the framework of achieving SDG 16.
