Принципы местного самоуправления в новом Федеральном законе от 20 марта 2025 года № 33-ФЗ

Статья посвящена принципам местного самоуправления в Российской Федерации. На основе изучения вышедшего в свет Федерального закона от 20 марта 2025 г. № 33-ФЭ «Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в единой системе публичной власти» автором настоящей статьи сравнивается содержание доктринально разработанных принципов с принципами в новом законе, в частности, по вопросу места предназначения местного самоуправления в публичной власти. Цель исследования — выявить ключевые моменты и создать отправную точку для дальнейшего изучения данной темы в рамках научных, правоприменительных и законотворческих целей.

Principles of local self-government in the new Federal Law No. 33-FZ dated March 20, 2025

The article is devoted to the principles of local self-government in the Russian Federation. Based on the study of the published Federal Law No. 33-FZ "On the general principles of the organization of local self-government in the unified system of public authority" the author of this article compares the content of the doctrinally developed principles with the principles in the new law, in particular, on the place and purpose of local self-government within public authority. The purpose of the study is to identify key points and create a starting point for further study of this topic within the framework of scientific, law enforcement and legislative purposes.
