Система «Умный суд» в Китае

В статье анализируется трансформация судебной системы Китая под влиянием цифровых технологий, с акцентом на создание и развитие системы «умных судов». Описываются предпосылки для цифровизации, в том числе растущая нагрузка на суды и увеличение числа споров в интернете. Рассматриваются ключевые этапы реформы, создание интернет-судов, законодательное регулирование, использование искусственного интеллекта и преимущества цифровых технологий для повышения эффективности, прозрачности и доступности правосудия. Также анализируется роль политической стратегии «правового Китая» и «цифрового Китая» в развитии умных судов.

The article examines the transformation of China's judicial system under the influence of digital technologies, focusing on the establishment and development of the "Smart Court" system. It describes the prerequisites for digitalization, including the growing caseload in courts and the increasing number of online disputes. The study analyzes key stages of the reform, the creation of internet courts, legislative framework, application of artificial intelligence, and the advantages of digital technologies for enhancing judicial efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. The article also explores the role of China's political strategies - "Rule of Law China" and "Digital China" - in the development of smart courts.
