Объемно-планировочные решения малоэтажных жилых зданий

The issues related to the spatial planning solutions of modern low-rise residential buildings are highly relevant for a number of objective reasons. First, the urbanization of residential areas, the economic efficiency of projects, as well as the comfort of living and environmental safety depend on this. The main purpose of the presented article is to perform an analysis regarding the spatial planning solutions of low-rise residential buildings. The author examines the existing solutions used in low-rise construction, as well as systematizes the key aspects that influence the choice of a particular spatial planning solution. The presented materials comprehensively cover issues related to the design of low-rise buildings, and the focus is on spatial planning solutions. The results of the work can be use in the modern field of architecture and construction in solving problems related to the optimization and rationalization of the design of these types of buildings.
