ФАКТОР ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО ВЛИЯНИЯ КИТАЯ НА РАЗВИТИЕ ЕВРАЗИЙСКОЙ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ

В статье исследуется фактор влияния Китайской Народной Республики (КНР) на развитие евразийской экономической интеграции. В рамках исследования проведен анализ торговых и экономических отношений стран Евразийского экономического союза и Китая. Проанализированы показатели взаимной внешней торговли стран, проведена оценка доли товарного оборота стран с Китаем от общего торгового оборота товарами страны. Рассчитано торговое сальдо внешней торговли между КНР и странами - членами ЕАЭС за период между 2020 и 2023 гг. Также собраны и проанализированы данные, касающиеся международной экономической кооперации между странами: финансовый оборот совместных проектов и количество китайских граждан, занятых в трудовой деятельности в странах ЕАЭС. Оценены перспективы развития евразийской интеграции. Проанализированы и заключены риски развития интеграции в условиях китайского влияния. Путем сравнительного метода, метода сбора и анализа статистической информации сделан вывод о том, что Китай имеет значительное экономическое влияние на пространстве ЕАЭС. Описано, что в данной ситуации международной системы перспективы сотрудничества с Китаем более значительны, чем соответствующие риски. Приведены рекомендации для отдельных стран относительно того, каким образом можно изменить существующую для них ситуацию в более благоприятную сторону.

The article studies the factor of influence of the People's Republic of China (PRC) on the development of Eurasian economic integration. The study analyzes trade and economic relations between the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and China. The indicators of mutual foreign trade of the countries were analyzed, the share of commodity turnover of the countries with China from the total trade turnover of goods of the country was estimated. The trade balance of foreign trade between China and EAEU member countries for the period between 2020 and 2023 was calculated. Also collected and analyzed data related to international economic cooperation between the countries: the financial turnover of joint projects and the number of Chinese citizens employed in labor activities in the EAEU countries. The prospects for the development of Eurasian integration in the light of Chinese influence in the space have been assessed. The risks of integration development in the context of Chinese influence were analyzed and concluded. By means of comparative method, method of collecting and analyzing statistical information it is concluded that China has a significant economic influence in the EAEU space. It is described that in this situation of the international system the prospects of cooperation with China are more significant than the corresponding risks. Recommendations for individual countries on how to change the existing situation for them in a more favorable direction are given.
