ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ УКЛАД И ГЛОБАЛЬНАЯ ИНФЛЯЦИЯ: ПРОБЛЕМА УПРАВЛЕНИЯ НЕПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЬНЫМИ ИЗДЕРЖКАМИ

Целью данной статьи является обоснование роли текущего технологического уклада в невозможности управления глобальной или национальной инфляцией в условиях применения режима таргетирования. Для достижения цели проанализированы тенденции ценообразования и проведен дескриптивный анализ непроизводительных издержек, возникающих в результате тенденций геополитики, геоэкономики и геофинансов в процессе раздела результатов применения текущего технологического уклада. В качестве вывода высказано авторское предположение о возможной структуре промышленного кластера, целью которого должно в будущем стать формирование или эффективное применение технологий нового технологического уклада.

The purpose of this article is to substantiate the role of the current technological order in the impossibility of managing global or national inflation under the conditions of applying the targeting regime. To achieve this goal, pricing trends were analyzed and a descriptive analysis of unproductive costs arising as a result of geopolitical, geoeconomic and geofinancial trends in the process of dividing the results of applying the current technological order was carried out. As a conclusion, the author puts forward an assumption about the possible structure of an industrial cluster, the purpose of which in the future should be the formation or effective application of technologies of a new technological order.
