ПОТЕНЦИАЛ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА РОССИИ СО СТРАНАМИ БРИКС+: ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ

Статья посвящена вопросам развития новых интеграционных объединений, динамично развивающихся в последние время как свидетельство перехода от однополярного к многополярному миру. Особое внимание уделено неформальному объединению БРИКС+, энергичное расширение которого стало ярким событием на современной мировой арене. Рассмотрены инфраструктурные механизмы кооперации стран БРИКС+ в высокотехнологичных отраслях. Проанализированы проблемы формирования нового объединения, определены трудности интеграции в сфере технологической политики, а также предложены реальные перспективы сотрудничества России со странами БРИКС+, особенно в сфере высоких технологий.

The article explores the development of emerging integration alliances, which have been evolving rapidly in recent years. It reflects the broader shift from a unipolar to a multipolar world order. Particular attention is given to the informal BRICS+ alliance, whose dynamic expansion has become a notable development on the contemporary global stage. The study examines the infrastructural mechanisms of cooperation among BRICS+ countries in high-tech industries. It analyzes the challenges associated with the formation of a new integration framework, identifies key obstacles to technological policy convergence, and outlines practical prospects for Russia’s cooperation with BRICS+ members, particularly in the domain of advanced technologies.
