The results of elaboration of questionnaire for the level of computer Role-Playing Games infatuation evaluation in adolescents aged 13-15 are presented. Procedure meets the requirements for psychodiagnostic instruments: its internal consistency reliability, empiric and constructive validities, discrimination are determined, standardization is done. Questionnaire can be used for work with risk group adolescents and adolescents infatuated with computer Role-Playing Games.
