The purpose of the work is to study the patterns of influence of synthetic polysaccharides on the structure and properties of lime compositions. Information is provided on the carbonization of lime coatings with polysaccharide additives. It has been shown that the presence of polysaccharides in the formulation of lime compositions helps to increase the thickness of the carbonized layer and increase the calcite content. It has been established that the adsorption value of the Atren Cem LV additive on calcite is 0.000457g/cm2. It has been established that the presence of polysaccharides in the composition contributes to the creation of a structure with a structure with inter- and intracrystalline organic compounds. It was revealed that lime coatings based on a composition with the addition of polysaccharides are characterized by reduced deformations during the hardening process. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
