Advanced Algorithms in HR Analytics: Enhancing Strategic Decision Making for Talent Management

HR analytics have become an important instrument in the ultramodern plant. This is because it offers important information that enhances the procedures undertaken to come up with strategic decisions. The research explore the value that HR analytics adds to the functioning of an organization, particularly how data-based solutions assist businesses in getting the best out of their human capital through the application of advanced algorithms. HR analytics offers a framework that could be utilized to make decisions that are more informed to ensure that they resonate with organizational goals. It is established on the evaluation of many aspects associated with performance, work involvement and retention of the organization. More specifically, the research elucidates the value that prophetic analytics can play in addressing the presence of latent gift gaps, enhancing reclamation plan, and enhancing hand development efforts. Besides, it examines how HR analytics can aid the creation of a more flexible workforce, capable of addressing the ever-changing needs of the operating environment, in which the company is engaged in. The findings indicate that firms utilizing HR analytics are in a superior position to formulate strategic decisions contributing towards long-term competitive edge and sustainable performance of the organization. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
