"Ideas inherent in life itself, not composed by a poet": Apollo Grigoriev today

The article raises the problem of A.A. Grigoriev's creative destiny, its reception in the twentieth cen- tury. Russian historians have studied quite well the perception of his texts by his contemporaries, the choice of the median line of socio-literary behavior, the creation of "organic" criticism, Grigoriev as a poet, Grigoriev as a novelist, Grigoriev as a mem- oirist, literary and theatrical critic, then the choice and actualization of the basic theoretical principles of "sincerity", in particular first of all, especially in transitional epochs, primarily after 1917 and dur- ing the era of the "thaw", it has not been studied. The transitional epochs within the "short twentieth century" brought to life precisely sincerity, which goes beyond the literary principle and becomes a socioaesthetic concept. The main attention is paid to the era of the "big twenties", since it was at this time that the future literary canon of the new society was being formed. The article substantiates the choice of "organic criticism", and its important constitu- ent concept is "sincerity" precisely in the transitional epochs of historical, political and historical and cul- tural development. The development of this concept can be traced to "sincerity" according to D.A. Prigov and D. Vodennikov, which requires a separate study.
