CORE AND NON-CORE DISCIPLINES IN RUSSIAN HIGHER EDUCATION

For any speciality, the equality of sciences is impossible, and therefore the taught disciplines are not equal. In the most general form, this can be formulated as follows: core subjects are more important than non-core ones. Practically everything should depend on the position taken by the discipline in this simple hierarchy, including the main form of organization of the educational process.
