METHODS OF UTILIZATION OF POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE. THEIR ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES

The article is devoted to topical issues of recycling of polyethylene terephthalate waste in Russia. It considers the main methods of processing polyethylene terephthalate (PET), as well as their advantages and disadvantages. Mechanical processing of PET is given special attention, since this is a quite promising method of processing, which allows us to obtain high quality products.
