К ВОПРОСУ ОБ ОСОБЕННОСТЯХ ПРОДВИЖЕНИЯ ИННОВАЦИЙ В РОССИИ

Актуальность темы статьи обусловлена тем, что от инновационной активности предприятий России зависит место страны на глобальном рынке, ее обороноспособность, темпы экономического развития. В статье приведен анализ положения дел по внедрению инноваций в России, проведено сопоставление этого процесса со странами Запада и Китая. В работе освещены существующие проблемы по внедрению инноваций в Российской Федерации. Автором проанализированы точки роста инноваций в РФ, проведен прогноз при негативном или существующем сценарии инновационной активности в России и сформулированы предложения по стимулированию инновационной деятельности в отечественной практике.

TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE FEATURES OF THE PROMOTION OF INNOVATION IN RUSSIA

The relevance of the article's topic is due to the fact that the country's place in the global market, its defense capability, and the pace of economic development depend on the innovation activity of Russian enterprises. The article presents an analysis of the state of affairs in introducing innovations in Russia, and a comparison of this process with the countries of the West and China. The paper highlights the existing problems in the implementation of innovations in the Russian Federation. The author analyzed the points of growth of innovations in the Russian Federation, made a forecast for a negative or existing scenario of innovative activity in Russia and formulated proposals for stimulating innovation in domestic practice.
