В данной статье исследованы существующие методы оценки компетенций сотрудников организации. Проведен анализ преимуществ и недостатков существующих методов оценки. Описана возможность применения существующих методов в организациях ракетно-космической промышленности.

The article examines the existing methods of assessing the competencies of employees of the organization. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods of evaluation.
