Моделирование бизнес-процесса закупки материалов в рамках опытно-конструкторских работ

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы построения бизнес-процессов закупки материалов в рамках опытно-конструкторских работ (ОКР) государственного предприятия, а также рассмотрены проблемы по решению своевременного проведения конкурсов и заключения договоров. Кроме того, представлена временная оценка бизнес-процесса и матрица ответственности цикла выполнения закупки в рамках ОКР.

Modeling of the business process of procurement of materials within development work

This article discusses issues related to the construction of business processes for the procurement of materials in the framework of development work, a state-owned enterprise, and also discusses problems in resolving timely tenders and contracting. This article also provides a temporary assessment of the business process and a responsibility matrix for the procurement execution cycle as part of the development work.
