ОЦЕНКА ВОЗМОЖНЫХ РИСКОВ ЕАЭС И ЕГО ГОСУДАРСТВ - ЧЛЕНОВ ПРИ ПРОВЕДЕНИИ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ

В работе рассмотрены подходы к формированию оценок возможных рисков ЕАЭС и его государств-членов при проведении экономической политики. Дан анализ проблем, препятствующих развитию ЕАЭС. Рассмотрены методы оценки возможных рисков ЕАЭС, используемые за рубежом и в России. Сформулированы рекомендации по формированию этих оценок с совершенствованием интеграционных механизмов ЕАЭС.

ASSESSMENT OF THE RISKS OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION AND ITS MEMBER STATES DURING CONDUCTING THE ECONOMIC POLICY

The paper considers the approaches to the formation of assessments of risks of the Eurasian Economic Union and its member states during conducting the economic policy. An analysis of the problems impeding the development of the Union is given. The methods for assessing the risks of the Union used abroad and in Russia are considered. The article gives the recommendations for the formation of these estimates as well as for the improvement of the integration mechanisms of the Union.
