Развитие личности студента-психолога в процессе адаптации к будущей профессии

В статье представлены результаты исследования структуры профессионально важных качеств (ПВК) практического психолога у студентов младших курсов и магистратуры. Показано, что в ходе адаптации студента к профессии изменяется иерархия и система связей ПВК, происходит их переосмысление.

Development of Students-Psychologists Personality Adapting to the Future Profession

The article presents the results of the studies of the structure of practical psychologist's professionally important qualities (PIQ) of junior and graduate students. It is shown that, during the students' adaptation to their profession the hierarchy, the linking system of PIQ and their interpretation by students change.
