Обзор методов in vitro оценки оральной биодоступности металлов и металлоидов из загрязненных почв

В статье рассмотрены лабораторные методы оценки оральной биодоступности металлов и металлоидов из загрязненных почв (in vitro тесты). Данные методы основаны на физиологических особенностях желудочно-кишечного тракта человека. Проведено сравнение десяти методов, подробно рассмотрен метод PBET и его упрощенная версия SBET.

The article describes the laboratory methods for evaluating the oral bioaccessibility of metals and metalloids from contaminated soils (in vitro tests).
