Cartan-ses’s spinors in anomaly excitation particle

This paper aims to describe how the existence of the fifth force proven by presented X17 particle from electron-positron pairs transition depopulating in 4He (Krasznahorkay et al. [7]) is not necessary. The experiment was a repetition of the previous experiment with 8Be (Krasznahorkay et al. [8]).
