Применение метода SSA для оценки зависимости заболеваемости малярией в Папуа-Новой Гвинее от солнечной активности

В работе рассматривается зависимость между количеством ежемесячных инцидентов заболеваемости церебральной малярией в Папуа-Новая Гвинея и солнечной активностью (1987-1996 г.г.) Для анализа временных рядов используется метод Singular Spectrum Analysis (SSA) и программное обеспечение, разработанное на языке Python.

SSA method for assessing the dependence of malaria incidence in Papua New Guinea on solar activity

This paper examines the relationship between the monthly cerebral malaria cases in Papua New Guinea and the monthly solar activity. (1987-1996). For the analysis of time series, the SSA method is used. All calculations were performed with raw data without smoothing which supports the correctness of the obtained results.
