В статье рассматривается суть венчурного финансирования, а также основные риски, возникающие при реализации венчурных проектов. Кроме этого, рассматривается общая характеристика раскрытия рисков согласно МСФО и описывается методика управления рисками в венчурном фонде.

Risk-management of venture projects

The article considers the essence of venture financing, as well as the main risks arising from the implementation of venture projects. In addition, the general characteristic of risk disclosure in accordance with IFRS is considered and the risk management methodology in the venture fund is described.
