ENERGY EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGIES IN BUILDING: EXPERIENCE OF THE EU COUNTRIES AND POSSIBLE IMPLICATIONS IN RUSSIA

This paper examines the main types of energy efficient houses and energy saving technologies which diminish negative influence on the environment and reduce energy consumption, investigates experience of European Union countries. Also, this study reveals more suitable and profitable green technologies for Russia and possibility of building energyand resources saving houses.
