Теория менеджмента не стоит на месте, а эволюционирует вместе с изменениями в системе управления компаниями. Организационный механизм управления хозяйствующим субъектом представляет собой совокупность правил воздействия субъекта управления на объект с целью обеспечения его непрерывного устойчивого развития с использованием системы взаимосвязанных элементов, правил преобразования и вывода входных и выходных переменных, принципов применения прикладных функций, методов и инструментов, технологий и устоявшихся практик. В статье анализируются существующие современные подходы к определению механизма управления компанией.

Management theory does not stand still, but evolves along with changes in the company management system. The organizational mechanism for managing an economic entity is a set of rules for the influence of the management entity on the object in order to ensure its continuous sustainable development using a system of interconnected elements, rules for the transformation and output of input and output variables, principles for the use of applied functions, methods and tools, technologies and established practices. The article analyzes existing modern approaches to determining the company's management mechanism.
