FROM BACHELOR TO MASTER: ON THE READINESS OF STUDENTS AND GRADUATES FOR PROFESSIONAL SELF-ACTUALIZATION

The motives and readiness were conducted of students and graduates of the Bachelor's degree in Management of Nursing activities to continue their studies in the master's degree program. Most of the survey participants believe that a master's degree will have a positive impact on their professional self-actualization.
