В статье представлены проблемные вопросы недостаточного правового регулирования инновационных генетических технологий в медицине, а также меры, направленные на их правовое совершенствование в целях защиты гарантированных Конституцией Российской Федерации гражданам прав в сфере охраны здоровья.

Legal regulation of innovative genetic technologies in medicine

The article presents the problematic issues of insufficient legal regulation of innovative genetic technologies in medicine, as well as measures aimed at their legal improvement in order to protect the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation to citizens in the field of health protection.
