BURNOUT SYNDROME IN NURSING STAFF

This article presents the results of a study of the psychoemotional health of nursing staff. The paper highlights the aspects of professional burnout "of secondary medical personnel. The study involved 50 respondents: 35 nurses of the cardiology department and 15 nurses of the intensive care unit of the therapeutic profile.The study showed that most nurses are subject to professional burnout syndrome. In this regard, recommendations were developed for nursing staff to improve their emotional state, reduce conflicts in the team.
