О некоторых аспектах разработки основ стратегии развития высокотехнологичной организации в современных экономических условиях

В современных экономических и геополитических реалиях для обеспечения стабильного развития высокотехнологичной отечественной организации необходимо четкое понимание направлений, на которые будут расходоваться ограниченные ресурсы. В этой связи предлагается уделить пристальное внимание разработке и актуализации стратегии организации. В статье рассмотрены основные существующие подходы к разработке стратегии и предложен алгоритм разработки стратегии развития высокотехнологичной организации, в рамках которого на разных этапах предлагается использование проектного управления и цифровых двойников, в целях достижения стабильного развития организации посредством создания радикально новой продукции.

In the modern economic and geopolitical realities, in order to ensure the stable development of a high-tech domestic organization, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the areas where the limited resources will be spent. In this regard, it is proposed to pay close attention to the development and updating of the organization's strategy. The article examines the main existing approaches to strategy development and proposes an algorithm for developing a strategy for a high-tech organization. Within the framework of the algorithm, it is proposed to apply project management and digital twins at different stages in order to achieve stable development of the organization through the creation of radically new products.
