UNDERSTANDING INTERCULTURAL INTERACTIONS IN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION: INDIA AND RUSSIA

The article presents an empirical analysis of the features of Intercultural business communication between India and Russia from the prism of Edward Hall's ‘Silent Language' in wake of growing economic cooperation between the two nations. Although both countries have been in close contact historically, they are very different and have unique cultural dynamics that reflect in their communication styles. The findings will help enhance cooperation by harmonizing expectations and adapting to each other's communication styles.
