The SAR and BRICS: Globalization Portal for Africa

The article is devoted to the perception of the international concept of “BRICS,” which came into being in the conditions of globalization after the SAR joined it, thus becoming an “open transregional partnership”. Special attention is paid to examination of basic trends of the possible interaction of the BRICS member-countries (status-technological partnership) with the participation of the international academic community.
