Внимание уделяется методологии и правовой основе построения такого общества, деятельности государства (в том числе в формате институционального обустройства) в сфере развития науки и технологии.

National Policy in the Development of Innovations of BRICS Countries: Experience of South Africa

The article examines the main stages and certain-development vectors of innovations as the foundation of innovation society in the RSA. Attention is devoted to the methodology and legal basis of the construction of such society (including in the format of institutionalized arrangement) in the development sphere of science and technology.
