Невзаимозаменяемый токен, сокращенно NFT, от английского non-fungible token - относительно новое понятие, которое возникло вместе с понятием блокчейн. В силу своей новизны, вопрос правового регулирования данной технологии не решен. В условия современного информационного пространства, одним из ключевых элементов которого является сеть Интернет, технология NFT, в силу своих возможностей представляет интерес в вопросах защиты авторских прав. В данной статье будет рассмотрено понятие NFT, оценены перспективы, которые дает эта технология в сфере защиты прав на интеллектуальную собственность, ее текущая роль в области интеллектуальной собственности, а также перспективы ее дальнейшего развития и применения.

This article will examine the concept of NFT, assess the prospects that this technology provides in the field of protecting intellectual property rights, its current role in the field of intellectual property, as well as the prospects for its further development and application.
