THERAPEUTIC POTENTIAL OF MEDICINAL PLANTS IN AQUACULTURE

Aquaculture is regarded as the world's fastest-growing food producing sector. Fish are high in protein, vitamin D, Omega 3 fatty acids, and selenium. The goal of this article is to evaluate studies on the use of several medicinal herbs in aquaculture to improve fish growth efficiency. In addition, medicinal herbs' antibacterial, antiviral, and immunostimulant activities in fish were discussed.
