THE PROBLEM OF PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION WASTE DISPOSAL IN THE RYAZAN REGION

The study aims at investigation by means of theoretical analysis of the relevance and state of the problem of unauthorised dumps in the Ryazan region: a slow aggravation of this problem can be seen, as well as the need for optimisation of state mechanisms to counter it.
