Economic and organizational aspects of the formation of a modern regional healthcare system (Problematics, methodology and practice)

The monograph is devoted to one of the most urgent socio-economic problems of modern Russia – the problem of healthcare development and reform. The theoretical and methodo-logical foundations of the study of health care as a subsystem of the regional socio-economic system are analyzed, the main organizational and economic factor determinants of management of the regional health care system are identified and theoretically substanti-ated, and a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the current state of the regional health care system is carried out.
