Эволюция местного самоуправления в новейшей истории страны

Статья посвящена развитию института местного самоуправления в новейшей истории России, начиная с 80-х гг. XX в. Рассматривается нормативно-правовая база, предшествующая принятию Конституции Российской Федерации и федерального закона о местном самоуправлении.

The article is devoted to the development of the institution of local self-government in the modern history of Russia, starting from the 80s. 20th century. The legal framework preceding the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the federal law on local self-government is considered.
