Роль ШОС в интеграционных процессах на евразийском пространстве

В настоящее время ситуация в мире динамично изменяется, геополитические риски растут, глобальный политический и экономический ландшафт сотрясают большие изменения, а безопасность евразийского региона сталкивается с серьезными вызовами. Страны, входящие в Шанхайскую организацию сотрудничества (ШОС), занимают около 3/5 общей площади Евразии, а их население в совокупности составляет примерно 41 % от общей численности населения мира. Добившись определенных успехов в сфере безопасности, экономики и в гуманитарном сотрудничестве, ШОС с каждым днем наращивает свое влияние в Евразии и мире. Таким образом, организация может в полной мере реализовать свои уникальные преимущества и стать важной площадкой для реализации стратегии евразийской интеграции. В 2015 г. Китай и Россия подписали «Совместное заявление РФ и КНР о сотрудничестве по сопряжению строительства Евразийского экономического союза и Экономического пояса Шелкового пути». На этой основе ШОС берет на себя более комплексную интеграционную миссию, направленную на создание мирной и стабильной среды развития для стран Евразии, содействие взаимному доверию и интеграции между населением континента посредством гуманитарного сотрудничества, а также сопряжению планов развития стран Евразии, созданию новых возможностей для экономического развития государств и регионов.

Currently, the situation in the world is changing dynamically, geopolitical risks are growing, the global political and economic landscape is being shaken by great changes, and the security of the Eurasian region is facing serious challenges. As an important intergovernmental international organization in Eurasia, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) occupies about 3/5 of the total area of the Eurasia and approximately 41 % of the total world population. Having achieved certain successes in the field of security, economics and humanitarian cooperation, the influence of the SCO in Eurasia and the world is growing every day. Thus, the SCO can fully realize its unique advantages in the process of Eurasian integration, and become an important platform for the implementation of the Eurasian integration strategy. In 2015, China and Russia signed the “Joint Statement of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China on cooperation in linking the construction of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Silk Road Economic Belt”. On this basis, the SCO takes on a more comprehensive integration mission aimed at creating a peaceful and stable development environment for the countries of Eurasia, promoting mutual trust and integration between the people of Eurasia through humanitarian cooperation, while at the same time promoting the alignment of development plans of the countries of Eurasia, creating new opportunities for economic development of states and regions.
