НОВЫЕ ТИПЫ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫХ СТРУКТУР И ПРОБЛЕМЫ ИХ АДАПТАЦИИ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯХ

В настоящей статье рассмотрен вопрос эволюции организационных структур управления и факторов влияния на их изменение в современной организации. Приведены наиболее распространенные классификации типов организационных структур. В качестве примера современной организации была выбрана экосистема как своеобразная и мало изученная форма взаимодействия многих компаний для создания ценностного предложения. Выявлены основные проблемы проектирования организационной структуры экосистемы.

In this article, the question of the evolution of organizational management structures and factors influencing their change in a modern organization is considered. The most common classifications of types of organizational structures are given. As an example of a modern organization, an ecosystem was chosen as a peculiar and little-studied form of interaction between many companies to create a value proposition. The main problems of designing the organizational structure of the ecosystem are identified.
