Clinic investigations of a patient with South African Tick Ricketsiosis, who was infected during his stay in the South African Republic. Duration of disease was moderate with typical clinical symptoms: primary affection on the left leg, regional lymphadenitis, characterized with rashes on the skin, fever. Treatment with Doxycyline was effective temperature was normalized on the 2nd day, disappearance of eruptions of the skin on the 6ndday after using aetiotropical treatment.
