Reproductive Health after Myomectomy

In review the results of recent years publications about the role of myomectomy in the restoration of reproductive function are listed. Myomectomy is the only way of treatment for women of reproductive age however the publications data are contradictory towards the indications and contraindications for the operation, operative access and technology.
