Проанализированы организационно-правовые формы аптечных организаций Москвы. Установлено, что большинство из них зарегистрированы как общества с ограниченной ответственностью, которые с точки зрения агентских и трансакционных издержек являются малоэффективными.

Kinds of property on the pharmaceutical market and the problem of its efficiency

License-organized forms of Moscow pharmaceutical organizations were analysed. It was arranged, that the most of them are registered as companies with limited responsibility, which are not effective enough from the point of view of agents and transaction costs.
