The Characteristic of Training Materials in the Course of Translation as a Means of Teaching at the Advanced Teaching Level

The article deals with the problem of translation as a means of teaching. Considerable attention is paid to specific training material at the advanced teaching level. An extract from the manual «We are learning to translate» for English-speaking students of Russian illustrates the thesis of this article.
