Измерение глубины периодической структуры типа меандра методом лазерного зондирования

Представлены практические результаты измерения глубины рельефа периодической структуры типа меандра. Исследовано влияние поляризации и угла падения зондирующего пучка. Погрешность измерений оценивается величиной менее 10 ангстрем.

Measurement of Rectangular Type Periodic Structure Depth with Using Laser Probing Method

The results of experimental measurements of the depth of the rectangular type of periodical structure are presented. The effects of polarisation and angle of incedence of the lazer beam on results of measurements were studied. Errors of the measurements are estimated to be less then 10 angstrem.
