The Theosophy and its Destiny in Russia at the Beginning of the XX Century

The article is devoted to the problems of spiritual development of the Russian society at the beginning of the XX century Special attention is given to the place of the Theosophy and its occupy in the mass mentality of the society. The author of flu's article analyzes the reasons of such popularity of the esoteric doctrine and gives the history of establishment and development of «The Russian Theosophical Society» (1908-1923).
