Автором проведен сравнительный анализ процедурных вопросов доступа граждан к экологическому правосудию. В статье уделяется особое внимание перспективам присоединения Российской Федерации к Орхусской конвенции с целью создания эффективных механизмов защиты экологических прав и законных интересов граждан РФ.

International legal appraisal of the right to access to ecological justice in the Russian Federation

The author gives a comparative analysis of points of order of the access to ecological justice of citizens. Special attention is paid to the prospects of joining by the Russian Federation the Ar-huss convention with the purpose of creation the effective mechanisms of protection of the ecological rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
